Dr Rebecca Lewis and Dr Lydia Morton have both been appointed as Consultant Surgeons within the NHS. They are Fellows of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, with Rebecca on the specialist register for General Surgery and Lydia on the specialist register for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. At The Marylebone Clinic on the world renowned Harley Street, they both offer the diagnosis and surgical management of moles, skin tags, cysts, lipomas, and other skin lesions. Rebecca also provides removal of contraceptive implants and coils. Lydia offers excision of oral lesions, management of jaw joint pain and dental extractions.

Rebecca and Lydia have a professional and friendly approach, which will put you at ease during the consultation. Their wealth of experience will help determine an appropriate management plan and provide you with excellent care.

Dr Lydia Morton also offers an oral surgery service to her patients. As well as being a doctor, Lydia is also a qualified dentist and is specially trained in performing dental extractions, including wisdom teeth.

All of the procedures that are carried out at The Marylebone Clinic are under a local anaesthetic. This means that consciousness is not impaired and the surgical field is numbed. This involves injections which result in a pain-free surgical experience. There is also the option of having your procedure with sedation. This means you will be sleepy, but you are still awake and usually have no memory of the event. Sedation is given by an anaesthetist.
