Procedures
The removal of many skin lumps is now not available on the NHS, even if they are uncomfortable or unsightly. From moles to cysts to skin tags, most are amenable to a quick, surgical procedure under local anaesthetic. Skin lesions can be benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous). This can often be ascertained on careful examination, but we would always advise formal analysis of the removed tissue to be absolutely sure. A comprehensive assessment by Dr Lewis or Dr Morton will provide you with more information on the diagnosis and treatment options for your area of concern.
There are a large variety of conditions treated at The Marylebone Clinic.
